Core functionality
Ultra-low capacitance conductor maintains full frequency response from passive piezo pickups. Designed specifically for transparent transfer between the instrument and high-impedance preamps (LO-C / HI-C) featured in the Z-Series and ZR-C101 Impedance Rod.
Optimized for passive piezo systems
Maintains articulation and transient integrity by minimizing capacitive load. The result is consistent tone and feel, without the dullness typical of longer or guitar-type cables.
Lightweight and flexible
The 4.5 mm diameter jacket keeps the cable extremely light and easy to manage — especially suited for violin and viola players who value unobtrusive cabling during performance.
Purpose-built for short runs
Ideal for instrument-to-preamp use on stage or in studio setups, where reliability and compact routing matter most.
Performance synergy
Designed to match the input stages of all Z-Series preamps, ensuring predictable impedance interaction and optimal high-frequency response across violin, viola, cello, and double bass range.

Overview

The LC-Series represents a clean-signal link between instrument and preamp — engineered for piezo systems where every picofarad matters. At just 4.5 mm in diameter, these cables deliver exceptional flexibility without compromising durability or tone.

Designed for maximum transparency and minimal loading, the LC-Series provides a neutral, accurate connection for any high-impedance front end — from Z-Series floor units to the ZR-C101 Impedance Rod. Available in various lengths and connector combinations.

Available in straight or angled 6.3 mm mono jack configurations, using premium gold-plated connectors for secure fit and long service life.
A dedicated 3.5mm mini-jack variant mates directly with the ZR-C101 Impedance Rod.

Recommended for: high-impedance piezo pickups and passive instrument systems where preserving high-frequency response under capacitive load is critical; also suitable for active pickups and buffered systems where maximum signal transparency is desired.
